Commercial Cleaning Tips

What Do Professional Cleaners Use to Clean Bathrooms?

If you have opted to use the DIY route, instead of choosing professional commercial cleaning when your lease is up, the professionals will often use the following products to clean bathrooms and make them look and smell fresh and clean.

Baking Soda

This is a natural cleaning product, which can be used to clean the entire facility, and that includes the bathroom. Professionals will often use baking soda to clean different bathroom surfaces that include the likes of sinks, toilets, bathtubs, floors, in addition to the drains. To clean a toilet, sprinkle the soda on the interior and spray vinegar over it.

Then use the toilet brush to scrub everywhere, and rinse it with a flush. For bathtubs, sprinkle some baking soda and some liquid dish soap. Then scrub with a soft sponge and rinse. You can use this and some water to safely remove mold in bathrooms too.

White Vinegar

The combination of this and baking soda is highly effective to clean bathroom drains, tile grout, and toilets. Clogged drains will often force water to go backward, which in turn can create a substantial mess, not to mention the odor. So remember to clean the drain before you leave.

To safely remove gunk, pour a cup of baking soda down the drain, and half a cup of white vinegar. Wait for a couple of minutes and pour hot water down the drain. To clean tile grout, sprinkle some baking soda on it, and then spray some vinegar. Scrub the area with a toothbrush before washing.

Hydrogen Peroxide

This is another good cleaning product that will not cause any harm to the environment, or to the person using it. Which is why professionals use it without any hesitation to clean tile grout.
